Executive - IT
Position Overview:
SERA Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic and skilled IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to manage our IT infrastructure, maintain our website, and ensure the smooth operation of our internal software.
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- One to two years experience.
- Proven experience in IT management and software support.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) will be given preference..
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Maintain and optimize our website for functionality, performance, and security.
- Ensure the smooth operation of our internal software systems and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with the software development team to address issues and improve systems.
- Implement digital marketing strategies and optimize websites for SEO.
- Monitor web analytics to enhance user experience.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
- Working Days and Hours: Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays)
